How does it work?
Step 1: Getting Started
To start, fill out the questionnaire here and I will respond to you with an e-mail. If I believe we will be a good fit for each other, we then have a 25-minute introduction session on Zoom, where we discuss your questionnaire and what our coaching sessions will look like.
Step 2: The Commitment
If you want to continue, you will need to commit to a certain amount of sessions up front. You must pay in full before we begin coaching, after which, we will confirm the dates and times for each session.
Step 3: The Sessions
Each session lasts for 50 minutes. The frequency of the sessions depends on your priorities and desired rate of progress. I offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. After each session, you will receive a follow-up email going over what we discussed as well as an outline of what to work on by the next session.
Is this the same as therapy?
Not at all! The main difference between life coaching and therapy is that therapy is focused on the present and the past, and life coach is based on the present and the future. Therapy focuses on why you are the way you are, whereas life coaching focuses on how we can get you to become the person you want to be.
